Easter Lilies & Tulips
The white lily symbolizes purity, rebirth, new beginnings and hope. It reminds us especially of the resurrection of Jesus Christ. Tulips signal the feelings of the heart, and especially love that is perfect. Either flower is a perfect way to celebrate and remember loved ones on Easter Sunday.

Christmas Poinsettias
The Poinsettia is a special Christmas flower given to symbolize good will and community spirit. The shape of the poinsettia flower reminds us especially of the star of Bethlehem, that led the Magi to the place of Jesus’ birth. Purchase a poinsettia to remember and celebrate loved ones at Christmas time.

Altar Flowers
Any Sunday can be the appropriate time to celebrate or remember a loved one. A birthday, an anniversary, a baptism, a birth or death are all appropriate moments to lift before the church community. Purchase a special arrangement that will be displayed on the altar and have the occasion announced in Sunday worship.

You may provide flowers for the altar in the Sanctuary for $50. Inscriptions might commemorate a wedding, anniversary, birth, birthday or remember a loved one who has passed. Typically, we only allow one flower arrangement on the altar per Sunday. Our beautiful flower arrangements are provided at cost through terms with Flowers by Joan in Waldwick, NJ. As a ‘thank you’ for this service we invite you to support their business!

Each year members and friends provide Easter plants to beautify our sanctuary, affirm our resurrection faith and honor or memorialize loved ones with inscriptions. Lilies are in a 6” pot for $17.00 each. Tulips are in an 8” pot for $17.00 each. Orders for Easter 2026 are now closed. Please call the office with inquiries.
