We’ll vote on documents for the annual Grace United Methodist Charge Conference, including nominated leaders, the pastor’s salary and other annual documents. (Note, the church will be hosting a super church conference for other churches on November 15th). The Charge Conference is slightly different from the Church Conference in terms of membership. “The membership of the charge conference shall be all members of the church council, together with retired ordained ministers and retired diaconal ministers…and any others as may be designated in the Discipline.” Please contact the pastor if you are not a member of the church council to discern whether it is appropriate for you to attend this gathering.
